The staff was very very helpful - we would stay here again. Had a very nice stay during our weekend. Liked the brand-new a double room with a nice design.

Appreciated our room that was kept clean and available with amazing view and king size bed, for instance. The breakfast had lots of options and coffee and tea were good. Booked the hotel for its absolutely perfect location so close to Multicentro Mall and Ferry Las Perlas deck, 20-30 minutes away from the Panama Canal, and Panama and the Cinta Costera around the bay.

This was a warm stay on a business trip. I got complimentary superior room with a view as an upgrade, nice gesture. Everything was awesome, including tasty and great breakfast with freshly made smoothies. The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a short stroll away from Parroquia San Mateo.

The staff were completely unhelpful, didn't expect that coming.

Had absolutely perfect and incredible location close to shopping centers, near Via Italia. We were there for 6 nights and felt would come here again.

We stayed for weekend and would stay here again. This was an exceptionally nice location next to the Casco Viejo and the uber, and shopping centre. It also was to the airport close to restaurants beautiful area❤😃

had a fantastic stay at Plaza Paitilla Inn. the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the rooms are spacious with a fridge and a super comfortable bed. the view from the upper floor was lovely, and the pool area was very good.

For us it was ideal 😊

I ate at a pleasant restaurant with good food. I loved coffee and tea available, too. The venue's position was central.

The bed of mine was too big.

Possibly the best and warm stay at the old town. Fantastic & gorgeous unit with a beautiful view. Great area, central location just off mall, Hard Rock Café and casino, and a good food court.

A wide range of different food at breakfast time. Gorgeous & fantastic rooms with beautiful views and motorized curtains, for instance. The location awesome and favourable to get a cab. Also - just next door to a mall, restaurants, and convenience store, other restaurants, and the beautiful mall, Hard Rock Café and casino.
